The new head of the family, Archaios Alvaret, announced that their absence was due to work on a major technological breakthrough.

No further details were released, and we have very little information about this new family head. The announcement did, however, receive the approval of the Council of Six, which reaffirmed the family's role as the city's intellectual beacon.
